Zagorisia pie with vegetables is lenten and suitable for vegans! Its’ rich filling consists of spinach, leek, chard and spring onion! Simply delightful!
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour,water, cottonseed oil, spinach 10%, wheat semolina, onion 5%, green onion 5%, leek 5%, salt, dextrose, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables, vegetable extracts, spices, flavorings
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (350-390°F). Place the pie on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake for about 35-45 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
NOTE: Bake straight from the freezer without thawing, if desired. Not suitable for microwave cooking. To cook more than one tray simultaneously, the oven must have a hot air system.
